Landscape Concept Design – Booking Policy What This Service Is This service provides a custom landscape concept design to help you visualize your outdoor space. You’ll receive a clean, easy-to-read plan that shows plant areas, key features, and overall layout. Please note: designs are conceptual and not to scale unless we agree otherwise. What’s Included One basic custom landscape concept plan One consultation (approx. 1 hour) — on-site or online A written summary following the consultation One round of minor revisions Clearly labeled layout with easy-to-read text Digital delivery (PDF or image file) What’s Not Included Construction or technical drawings Permit or engineering plans Exact measurements (unless added on) Additional site visits beyond the included consultation Booking & Payment Full payment is required to book this service Your booking is confirmed once payment is received Pricing is per design area unless stated otherwise Before the Consultation Before our consultation, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help me understand your space, style, and goals. Please complete and return this before the visit or call so we can make the most of our time together. Timeline Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days after the consultation and once all required information is received Rush options may be available for an additional fee Revisions One revision is included Revisions are for small tweaks (layout or labels) Major changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a partial refund if work has not started Once design work begins, refunds are not available Completed or partially completed designs are non-refundable How You Can Use Your Design Designs are for personal use only You may share them with contractors or landscapers Designs cannot be resold or reused for other properties without permission A Quick Disclaimer This is a concept design intended to guide your project.
